Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at www.moebeer.com. We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Because our products are custom-made (Print-on-Demand), our shipping process is divided into two parts: Production Time and Shipping Time.
Please review the policy below to understand how your order will be handled.
1. Order Processing & Production Time
All of our items (t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts) are made to order. This means we print your item specifically for you after the order is placed.

Production Time: Please allow 2 – 5 business days for your order to be printed, quality checked, and packed.

Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after this time will begin processing the next business day.

Peak Seasons: During high-volume periods (such as Black Friday or Christmas), production times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience during these busy times.
Note: Production time is not included in the shipping time estimates.
2. Shipping Locations & Carriers
We currently ship to the following destinations:
To ensure the fastest delivery, we work with multiple suppliers. The carrier used (e.g., Royal Mail, USPS, DHL, FedEx) is automatically selected based on your location and the specific product ordered.
3. Estimated Shipping Times
Shipping times vary depending on your destination and the carrier selected.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Unforeseen delays due to weather, carrier volume, or customs processing are outside of our control.
4. Shipping Rates
We offer simple Flat Rate Shipping for our primary destinations to keep costs predictable for you:

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For orders shipped internationally (outside the country where the item is produced), your shipment may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees.

Responsibility: These fees are determined by your local customs office and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Payment: Moebeer does not collect these fees at checkout. You may be required to pay them upon delivery to receive your package.

If a package is returned to us because duties were not paid, we cannot refund the shipping costs.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has passed the production phase and has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to update.
7. Incorrect Addresses
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and correct.

If you notice an error, please contact us immediately. We may be able to correct it if the item has not yet entered production.

Moebeer is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipment fees.
8. Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking status says "Delivered" but you have not received your package:

Check around your property and with neighbors.

Wait 24 hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered prematurely.

If the package is still missing, please contact us at support@moebeer.com.
We will contact our supplier and the delivery carrier to open an investigation. We are committed to helping you resolve the issue, though please note that investigation times vary by carrier.
