Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at moebeer.com. We are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Because all of our products are custom-made to order, your shipment has two stages: production time and shipping time. Please read the details below so you know exactly what to expect.

 

1. Order Processing & Production Time

All items (t-shirts, hoodies, and sweatshirts) are printed specifically for you after your order is placed. Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be printed, quality checked, and packed before it is handed to a carrier.


  • Order cut-off time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after this time will begin processing the next business day.
  • Peak seasons: During high-volume periods such as Black Friday or Christmas, production times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience during these busy times.
  • Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. To track your parcel, go to your account → Orders → select the order → Track Order. For any issues, contact support@moebeer.com.


Note: Production time is separate from and not included in the shipping time estimates shown at checkout.

 

2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers

We currently ship to the following destinations:


  • United Kingdom
  • United States
  • Canada
  • France
  • Germany
  • Spain
  • United Arab Emirates (UAE)


To ensure the fastest delivery, we work with multiple fulfilment suppliers. The carrier used (e.g. Royal Mail, USPS, DHL, FedEx) is automatically selected based on your location and the product ordered.

 

3. Estimated Shipping Times

The following are estimated delivery timeframes after your order leaves production. These are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.


  • United Kingdom: 3–5 business days
  • United States: 7–12 business days
  • Canada: 7–14 business days
  • France, Germany & Spain: 5–10 business days
  • United Arab Emirates: 7–14 business days


Delays caused by weather, carrier volume, or customs processing are outside of our control.

 

4. Shipping Rates

We offer flat-rate shipping to all our destinations to keep costs simple and predictable:


  • United Kingdom: Free
  • United States: $7.00 USD
  • Canada: $10.00 CAD
  • France, Germany & Spain: €6.00 EUR
  • United Arab Emirates: 40 AED

 

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped internationally, your shipment may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by your country’s customs authority.


  • These charges are entirely outside of Moebeer’s control and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • Moebeer does not collect customs fees at checkout. You may be required to pay them upon delivery in order to receive your package.
  • If you are unsure whether duties apply to your order, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.
  • If a package is returned to us because customs duties were not paid, we cannot refund the original shipping costs.


Please be aware of your country’s import regulations before placing your order. By completing a purchase, you accept responsibility for any customs charges that may apply.

 

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been handed to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to become active after you receive this email.

To track your order, go to your account → Orders → select the order → Track Order, or use the link provided in your confirmation email.

 

7. Incorrect Addresses

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and correct.

  • If you notice an error, please contact us at support@moebeer.com immediately. We may be able to correct it if the item has not yet entered production.
  • Moebeer is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipment fees.

 

8. Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package:

  • Check around your property and with neighbours.
  • Wait 24 hours — carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered slightly early.
  • If the package is still missing after 24 hours, contact us at support@moebeer.com.


We will work with our supplier and the carrier to open an investigation. Please note that investigation timelines vary by carrier.
