Refund & Return Policy

At Moebeer, every product is made specifically for you after you place your order — we don’t hold pre-made stock. We want you to love what you receive, so we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy for all customers worldwide.

 

1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or is the wrong item or size, we will fix it at no cost to you. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.


How to report an issue:

  • Email us at support@moebeer.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Include a clear photo of the damage or defect, along with your order number.
  • We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund — you will not need to return the item.

 

2. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and size exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all customers worldwide. We encourage you to check the Size Guide on each product page carefully before ordering to find the best fit.


To start a return:

  • Go to your account → Orders → select the order → Request Return.
  • Or email us at support@moebeer.com and we’ll guide you through the process.


Return conditions:

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • We do not offer free returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed promptly.

 

3. No Restocking Fees

Moebeer does not charge restocking fees. If your return is accepted, you will receive a full refund of the item price to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

4. Return Address

If your return is approved, full instructions will be provided by email. Please do not send items back without prior authorisation.

5. Refunds

Once a return is received and approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the amount to your account.

 

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalised items customised with a specific name, date, or design requested by the customer
