Refund & Return Policy

At Moebeer, every item is unique. We manufacture each product specifically for you only after you have placed your order. We do not hold inventory in a warehouse. Because of this custom nature, our return policy is slightly different from traditional retail stores.
1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item/size, we will make it right at no cost to you.

How to Report: Contact us at Support@moebeer.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Evidence: Please include a clear photo of the damage/defect and your order number.

Resolution: We will issue a free replacement or a full refund. You generally do not need to return the damaged item.
2. Returns for "Change of Mind" or Size Exchanges
Because every product is printed specifically for you, we encourage customers to review the Size Guide on every product page carefully before ordering.
European & UK Customers (Right of Withdrawal): In compliance with UK and EU consumer laws, customers residing in the UK or European Union have the right to return non-personalized goods within 14 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, go to your profile > orders then click on the order you wish to return then click request returns, you can contact support@moebeer.com in case of any issues.

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs to our UK facility. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
International Customers (USA, Canada, UAE, etc.): For customers outside the UK/EU, because our products are made-to-order, we generally do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or size exchanges unless the item is defective.

However, if you have an issue with your order, please contact support, and we will do our best to find a fair solution.
3. No Restocking Fees
Moebeer does not charge any restocking fees for returns. If your return is accepted, you will be refunded the full price of the item.
4. Return Address

5. Refunds
If your return is approved and received (or if a refund is granted for a defect), a refund to original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
