Orders & Shipping

How long does it take to receive my order?

Every MOEBEER garment is made to order — printed specifically for you after you place your order. Nothing is produced until it's wanted.

Allow 2–5 business days for production, then:

  • UK — 3–5 business days
  • US — 7–12 business days
  • Canada — 7–14 business days
  • EU — 5–10 business days
  • UAE — 7–14 business days

For UK customers, total order-to-door is typically 5–10 business days.

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United Kingdom, United States, EU, and the United Arab Emirates. If your country isn't listed, email support@moebeer.com.

How much does shipping cost?
  • UK — Free
  • US — $7.00 USD
  • Canada — $10.00 CAD
  • EU — €6.00 EUR
  • UAE — 40 AED
Will I get a tracking number?

Yes. A tracking number is sent by email once your order ships. It becomes active within 48 hours of your shipping confirmation. If it hasn't arrived, check your spam folder first — then email support@moebeer.com.

Do I have to pay customs or import taxes?

International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes charged by their country. These are not included in the shipping cost and vary by country.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

To start a return: log into your account → Orders → select your order → Request Return. Or email support@moebeer.com.

Do you offer size exchanges?

Yes — size exchanges within 30 days of delivery, same conditions as returns. Email support@moebeer.com to arrange it.

My order arrived damaged or incorrect — what do I do?

Email support@moebeer.com immediately with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund.

How long does a refund take?

Once your return is received and approved, your refund is processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Are there any items I cannot return?

Gift cards and personalised items with customer-requested customisation — names, dates, or bespoke designs — cannot be returned.

Products & Quality

What are your garments made from?

We use Bella+Canvas 3001 (100% Airlume combed and ring-spun cotton) and Cotton Heritage M2580/M2480. Chosen for weight, hand-feel, and durability.

Why are your products made to order?
Nothing is produced unless it's wanted. No overstock, no waste, no fast fashion.

Making each garment to order is a deliberate decision — every piece is made with intention, not to fill a warehouse. That's not changing.

How do I care for my garment?
  • Turn inside out before washing
  • Cold wash, gentle cycle
  • Do not tumble dry on high heat
  • Do not iron directly on the print

Follow these and the piece will last.

Designs & Customisation

Can I request a custom design?

Yes. Email support@moebeer.com with your idea and we'll discuss what's possible.

What is the Arabic Calligraphy collection?

Each piece starts with a word that carries real weight — peace, love, patience. The calligraphy is digitally hand-crafted and built into original artwork before it's ever printed. No stock art. Every script was composed with intention for that specific design.

Payments & Security

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Klarna. All payments are processed through Shopify's secure checkout with 256-bit SSL encryption and PCI DSS Level 1 compliance.

Is it safe to shop on MOEBEER?
